These terms and conditions regulate the use conditions and procedures of the services provided by nlook (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), and the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and its members.

- "Member" refers to a person who has entered into a service use agreement with the Company.
- "ID" refers to a combination of characters and numbers set by the member and approved by the Company for member identification and service use.

1. These terms and conditions are effective for all members who wish to use the service.
2. The Company may revise these terms and conditions to the extent that it does not violate relevant laws such as the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.
Purpose and Scope of Service
This service allows users to write personal notes, upload images to Google Drive, and manage schedules via Google Calendar. Additional features such as VSCode integration may be added in the future.
Google OAuth Information and Permissions
This service accesses the following information via Google Login. The information is used only for providing note writing, image upload, and schedule management features.
- Email and profile information
- Access and upload permissions for Google Drive files
- Read/write permissions for Google Calendar events
Copyright and Content Management
Copyright of notes and uploaded files belongs to the user. However, the service has a non-exclusive right to use them for operation, improvement, and backup. Illegal content may be deleted and use may be restricted.
Limitation of Liability
The service is not responsible for external service failures or policy changes due to Google API integration. We do our best to prevent data loss, but are not liable for unavoidable losses.
Changes and Notification of Terms
The terms may be changed with prior notice due to service improvement or legal changes. Separate notice will be given when introducing a fee policy.
